The position: Vacation Rental Listing & Integration Specialist

As our Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up new listings and ensuring their accuracy of them in our property management software and on all major rental platforms we work with (such as Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and Expedia).

All of these platforms change constantly, so we are counting on you to dive into a very exciting yet never-ending learning process. Specifically, we need you to:

(Once you start in your role, your manager will assign specific tasks to you):

  • Set up properties from A to Z in Guesty, our centralized property management software;
  • Publish listings to all major OTAs, such as Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and Expedia, and any new channel added in the future;
  • Execute any bulk listing updates and complete listing change requests;
  • Ensure that all new property listings are professional, accurate, and optimized for performance;
  • Constantly review and improve all elements of the integration & distribution process (example: improvements or modifications of the Onboarding Questionnaire to fit the needs of the channel distribution, etc.);
  • Study and learn platforms' best practices, new features, and updates and become an expert on Airbnb, Guesty, VRBO, Booking.com, and any other relevant provider or player in the Industry;
  • Configure workflow automation, reports, and client portals;
  • Work hand in hand with the Onboarding Coordinators, making sure we integrate listings with accuracy while meeting the integration and distribution process timelines;
  • When needed, help the integration team with tasks such as pre-filling onboarding property questionnaires or working on channel distribution;
  • Prioritize and categorize emails based on urgency and importance, ensuring that critical messages receive timely attention;
  • Because of our start-up environment, we need you to be open to working on many other tasks that might come up and we will appreciate your flexibility with the schedule if needed.

Is this job for you? It is if:

  • You speak and write English to communicate with the rest of the team and understand all the company documents and tools you'll be working with;
  • You have at least 1 or 2 years of experience in listing integration and management;
  • You are available for a full-time position which requires a minimum of 40-hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST). And you are comfortable with a flexible work schedule that might sometimes include work on evenings and weekends;
  • You have experience within the vacation rental industry, and hospitality is a major plus;
  • You have experience with Guesty or other similar Property Management software;
  • You are attentive to details: You thrive in a work environment that requires high levels of accuracy and focus;
  • You have strong organizational skills: You have a good ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize;
  • You have an incredibly positive attitude: negativity has no space at Angel Host;
  • You have a very strong initiative: You are not the type of person who waits for someone to tell you what needs to be done. The words “this is not my responsibility” are not part of your vocabulary;
  • You have a willingness to work in a startup environment;
