About the Role
Clutch is seeking an experienced leader to scale and help manage our “Sell to Clutch” acquisition advisor team.
You will help coach, hire and train team members that will guide and convert the customer through the selling process. This role requires cross-functional collaboration to better service our customers and become accessible to as many customers across Southern Ontario as possible.
Please note that this is a customer facing role.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the day to day operations and lead a high-performing advisor team (4+ reps) that support customers through the selling journey
- Coach team members to deliver a unique and incredible experience to each and every one of our customers
- Manage and resolve complex, sensitive customer escalations/issues with a high level of professionalism
- Execute on strategies to improve conversion rates, and overall customer satisfaction
- Report, track, and manage activities and results using Hubspot and other tools while also playing an active role in the creation and iteration of team processes.
- Collaborate across multiple functions to ensure a smooth all around customer experience
- Perform other duties as assigned
All About You
- At least 3+ years of experience managing a business development or sales team
- History of leading teams to consistently surpass targets
- Ready to roll up your sleeves and jump in to assist where your team needs you
- You must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to juggle a large number of priorities at a time
- Stoked about disrupting and redefining an age-old industry and a drive to win
- Self-starter attitude
- Strong attention to detail and high level of organization
- Ownership-oriented
