Position

We are seeking a risk and compliance analyst to join our Risk, Compliance & Legal Department. This is a critical role, the primary focus of which will be streamlining client due diligence, third party risk, and compliance-related enquiries, with additional responsibilities in contract management and related governance. The candidate will support the Director of Security & GRC and act as a liaison between the Risk, Compliance & Legal Department and other departments, including sales, finance, product and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably within the technology industry.

Main Responsibilities

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Assist the Director of Security & GRC on audit-related matters, including in relation to bank partner audits, SOC2 reporting, and regulatory or industry standards compliance.
  • Assist the CLRO, Director of Security & GRC and Sales team with onboarding and diligence requirements of bank customers and technology partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, applicable laws and regulations, internal policies and procedures.
  • Support the CLRO and Director of Security & GRC with the risk management program including enterprise risk tracking and monitoring.
  • Assist in privacy and data protection matters, including in relation to updating of FISPAN’s privacy policy, conducting privacy impact assessments, and ensuring compliance with relevant data privacy laws.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Compliance certification (CISA, CIPP) is a bonus
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal / Risk & Compliance analyst or related positions
  • Strong background in compliance with experience in preparation and participation is SOC2 and ISO audits
  • Experience with drafting and preparing information security and corporate policies and best practices, including assisting with Board matters.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to legal issues and challenges.
  • Excellent judgment and discretion.

Compensation and Benefits Package

We want our employees to see how the ideas they help generate today have an impact on how we do business tomorrow.With that, the hiring salary range for this position is $80,000-$85,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location.As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive semi-annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
