About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead and expand our relationships with key Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) providers and all other partners that FISPAN may want to establish relationships with in our ecosystem. This role is critical to our growth strategy, focusing on deepening integrations and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships that embed our innovative banking capabilities within leading business platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the ERP landscape, a proven track record in managing strategic alliances, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for our key ERP partners and other ecosystem partners such as, system integrators, payment processors, and payment networks.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to drive maximizing value, expand market reach, and create new revenue opportunities through our integration ecosystem.
- Integration Roadmap Collaboration: Work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to influence the integration roadmap based on partner needs, competitive landscape, and market demand.
- Joint Marketing & Sales Initiatives: Collaborate with partners on joint marketing campaigns, sales enablement activities, and co-selling strategies to drive mutual success.
- Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute co-marketing initiatives with partners, including content creation, webinars, and joint campaigns.
- Contract Negotiation & Management: Lead the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with company objectives.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report on the performance of partnerships against key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner developments within the ERP and integration space. Collect and analyze data to communicate the ecosystem market size and opportunity.
- Representation at ERP Events: Represent FISPAN at ERP-specific conferences, user groups, and industry events to drive market penetration, educate potential customers and partners, establish thought leadership, and support lead generation activities.
- Internal Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate partnership strategies and progress to internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams. Collaborate with departments to identify and address impacts to key metrics.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify, communicate, and support resolution of any issues or challenges that arise in partner relationships.
- Evangelism: Act as an internal and external evangelist for our partnerships and integrated solutions. Including cross-functional collaboration to create, inform, and deliver partner specific training and enablement material.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management within the Fintech or SaaS industry. Experience with ERP preferred.
- Deep understanding of the ERP ecosystem and familiarity with the key players.
- Experience managing relationships with financial technology providers and/or payment networks is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships that deliver long-term measurable growth and customer/partner satisfaction.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Diligent at measuring and communicating progress to achieve targeted results, identifying and communicating obstacles, and instituting corrective measures.
- Experience with CRM management tools.
- Willingness to travel 30% of time and as needed during peak seasons, including travel to ERP-specific conferences and events.

Compensation Package
FISPAN believes in an atmosphere and culture when innovation can flourish, collaboration and teamwork are valued and transparency is at the core of it all. With that, the hiring salary range for this position is $130,000-$150,000 USD annually; the base pay offered is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive semi-annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
