About the Role

FISPAN is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Go-to-Market Manager to drive the successful launch and adoption of new features, products, ERP integrations. This pivotal role within our revenue organization will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies, leveraging insights from market analysis, that accelerate growth, increase market share, and solidify FISPAN’s position as the leader in embedded ERP banking across an expanding ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the FinTech landscape, B2B2B SaaS, and the intricacies of bringing innovative solutions and integrations to market through financial institutions.

Responsibilities

  • New Product, Feature & ERP Integration Launches:
    • Develop and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies and plans for new FISPAN products, features, and the launch of newly supported ERP and accounting system integrations. This includes defining positioning, key messaging, and launch sequencing tailored to each specific offering and target audience, utilizing insights from market analysis.
    • Collaborate closely with Product, Product Marketing, Sales, and Leadership teams to translate product capabilities and integration functionalities into compelling customer and partner value propositions, and to strategize the necessary marketing collateral and campaigns.
    • Define requirements for sales enablement materials and training programs to support internal teams and bank partners in effectively positioning and selling new offerings and integrations. This includes strategizing the content specific to the value proposition within different ERP ecosystems.
    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of all new launches, iterating on strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
    • Plan and strategize targeted launch activities for new integrations, potentially including webinars, co-marketing initiatives with ERP providers or relevant communities, and specific outreach to users of those ERPs.
  • Bank Partnership Activation & Growth:
    • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies specifically tailored to launching and expanding relationships with new and existing bank partners, leveraging market insights to identify opportunities.
    • Work closely with the Partnerships team to understand bank-specific needs and tailor GTM approaches to their target markets and customer segments, considering which products, features, and ERP integrations are most relevant to their client base.
    • Strategize co-branded marketing materials and sales tools in collaboration with the marketing team to enable bank partners to effectively promote FISPAN-powered solutions, including the expanding list of supported ERPs, to their corporate clients.
    • Support the strategy and planning of joint marketing initiatives, events, and communication plans with bank partners.
    • Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for growth and deeper collaboration.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Foster strong relationships and ensure seamless communication with internal teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and the Go-to-Market Analyst.
    • Act as a central point of contact for all go-to-market activities related to assigned products, features, partnerships, and ERP integrations, providing strategic direction.
    • Champion a data-driven approach to decision-making and GTM optimization, utilizing analysis provided by the Go-to-Market Analyst.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Go-to-Market, Product Marketing, or similar role within the B2B2B SaaS or FinTech industry, with a focus on strategy development.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products, features, partnerships, or integrations in a B2B2B environment, preferably within the financial services or payments space.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market frameworks and the product lifecycle.
  • Experience utilizing market and competitive analysis to inform GTM strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and presentations for diverse audiences (internal teams, bank partners, corporate clients, ERP users).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and measure GTM effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with and strategizing product/feature launches, with preference for integrations with specific ERP or accounting systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, QuickBooks, Xero, Workday).
  • Familiarity with the intricacies of bank partnerships and embedded banking solutions.
  • Experience in the fintech, banking, payments or treasury management space.

Compensation Package

We want our employees to see how the ideas they help generate today have an impact on how we do business tomorrow.With that, the hiring salary range for this position is $93,000-$109,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive semi-annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
