Rally is an all-in-one creator store (aka Shopify for Creators), we empower anyone to start a business online.

We’re a mission-driven company backed by Uncorrelated Ventures, Panache Ventures, Mistral Venture Partners, Entrepreneur First, and Makers Fund, and founded by a group of startup veterans that have grown and led teams at some of North America’s fastest-growing startups. The company is fully remote, with team members primarily based in Toronto, Los Angeles and Montreal.

• Produce captivating short & long-form video content that educates, entertains, and inspires.
  
• Grow our organic social audience and strengthen our connection with digital product creators.
• Drive engagement with dynamic, shareable content that builds affinity for Rally.Fan.

Your mission: Craft irresistible educational and viral content that sparks creativity and motivates our audience to pursue their passions.

TLDR: Help us spread the message: Anyone can make a living doing what they love!

Qualifications

• No Professional Experience Required: A proven track record of successful content on social media is what we value most.
• Strong Sense for Engaging Content: A keen ability to identify what resonates and drives engagement on social platforms.
• Excellent Interpretation Skills: Ability to accurately understand and execute written or recorded feedback efficiently.

Hiring Process

To give every candidate a clear understanding of our hiring process and what to expect we've listed our standard recruitment stages below with brief descriptions of each stage.

• Intro Call: (15 - 20 mins)
  ‍Initial chat to get to know you better and give you an overview of the role.
• General Interview: (30 mins)
  In-depth discussion on team and culture as well as how you've worked in the past.
• Reference Checks: (N/A)
  We ask that all candidates provide 2-3 professional references upon application. At this stage we connect with them!
• Hiring Decision: (N/A)
  Yes or no, plus some light feedback if requested.
