Your New Role and Team
Sanctuary–a multi award-winning LinkedIn Top Startup company–is seeking an IT Service Desk Co-op to join our IT team. You’ll be responsible for supporting our end users and the general use applications. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with various operating systems.

Our Success Criteria

  • Provide excellent and responsive end user IT support, analyze problems, and escalate issues when necessary
  • Communicate technical information to non-technical users
  • Install, configure, and test all new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software
  • Assist new employees with the IT section of the onboarding process
  • Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications
  • Troubleshoot networked devices, such as printers, videoconference devices and other IT equipment
  • Keep our documentation updated
  • Your Experience
    Qualifications:
  • Experience resolving issues related to desktop, applications, or network systems
  • Experience supporting Windows, Mac, and Linux endpoints
  • Strong desire to learn in a fast-paced environment and work within a team of like minded individuals
  • Functional knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, ICMP and DHCP
  • Knowledge of system security tools and techniques
  • Excellent organizational skills
